TAI CHI

Tai Chi, also known as Tai Chi Chuan, is a traditional martial art that emphasizes slow, controlled movements and deep breathing. Practiced for centuries, Tai Chi combines elements of self-defense, health benefits, a philosophy of balance and harmony. 

Classes are offered in retirement communities, probus clubs and others, for groups of 10 people.
